This dry red wine is made from Syrah and Merlot grapes and has been aged in French and American oak barrels for 10 months. It is characterized by aromas of red fruits such as raspberries, cherries and sour cherries, spicy aromas of vanilla, black pepper and nutmeg and sweet chocolate aromas. On the palate it has a balanced acidity, rich alcohol, a full body and a long aftertaste.
It goes well with red meat and dishes with sausage and cheese.
