A world-class Spanish classic, the delicious Chorizo sausage from El Conchel!
This Chorizo is made from the tasty Duroc pork, seasoned and colored naturally with smoked Spanish paprika. Yum!
This version is made with strong paprika, but of course we also have the mild one in our range!
This chorizo shines on the tapas table if you cut it into 2-3 cm thick slices and fry it in a pan in a little olive oil until it has a light golden skin and the juice has colored the oil red. Serve it in a Spanish clay dish or on a plate as a separate dish, preferably with a piece of good bread to dip in the delicious olive oil at the bottom.
You can also use it in stews such as Spanish green lentil soup with potatoes and bacon. You can also choose to serve it for brunch together with eggs and bacon, or you can grill it and serve it cut into thick slices as a delicious, tasty kick for summer barbecue evenings!
