Ouzo is one of Greece's most well-known spirits!
Fresh, licorice-like anise flavor, soft mouthfeel and a taste of more, is what characterizes a good Ouzo. And this one is no exception!
Meltemi is the Greek term for a dry northwesterly wind that blows in summer in the eastern Mediterranean. These winds are known to ancient Greeks as good north winds, as they bring with them cooler weather, low humidity and good visibility.
Try Ouzo "Meltemi" as an aperitif, either as is or with ice and water. You can also add fresh orange or lemon juice!
