Greek for holiday use is a complete language course, consisting of a light textbook, which after a thorough review of the Greek letters, tackles the most elementary sentences, such as: ""I am Dane"". After this, page by page, more words and more grammar are added. Most of the book's content is packed into small, vivid narratives with a large content of direct speech, as well as a few small dialogues. To make it easier to distinguish the Greek texts from the other content, these are printed in blue at the beginning of the book. The same are the numbers that refer to the individual cuts on the accompanying CD. In the supplementary booklet, in addition to the direct translations and a glossary, you will also find a guide, as well as the teacher's notes, where explanations are given for the individual pages in the book.

A "La To" (Langua Total) language course is a shortcut to a foreign language, which typically uses a different alphabet than the one the user is familiar with.

The course is suitable for those who have decided to learn to speak, read, write and understand a foreign language for holiday use.

A "La To" language course does not contain any "travel phrases", but gives the user a basis for building his own sentences.

The idea on which a "La To" course is based has been developed and tested over three evening school seasons, and has proven suitable for self-study. The necessary comments from the teacher are written in the supplementary booklet, and together with the direct translations, constitute a significant part of the course.
