This beautiful, deep pink rose wine is clearly a take on a Greek favorite wine, with a pleasant mousse and delicious aromas such as ripe strawberries, raspberries, currants and blooming lemon trees. It is made from pure Xinomavro grapes, as well as added 15% of the fermenting must from the beautiful Kali Riza red wine. It has a maturation period of 4 months, during the 3 of which it is stirred weekly to incorporate the aroma of the heavy sediment into the wine. It is then filtered and bottled in elegant bottles with champagne corks. The alcohol percentage is 12%.
The result is a beautiful rose that is perfect as an aperitif, with crispy fried chicken with lemon or delicious, fresh fish dishes. Bon appetite!
