Naturally sweet red wine, PDO, Patras.

Vineyard
The mountainous area near Patras at an altitude of 300 - 500 meters. Harvest in early September 24-27 °
The vineyard
After picking, the grapes are fermented and extracted in a tank for approx. 4 days under controlled conditions. The alcoholic fermentation is then interrupted by the addition of alcohol, which preserves part of the grape sugars in the finished product. The wine matures for at least 12 months in large oak barrels to develop its complex aroma.
Aging potential: Ready to drink now, but with great aging potential.
Characteristics: Red color with terracotta shades. Aromatic notes of dried fruit (plum, fig, raisin). Warm, sweet with notes of tannins that enhance its structure. Ideal with savory dishes (spicy cheese dip), treacle desserts and fruits.
