Tasting notes
Autumn yellow color with green shades. White flowers, basil, white nectarine and coconut butter on the nose. In the mouth, the crisp acidity is well integrated by the tannins on the barrels. Nice complexity on the palate and a long refreshing aftertaste.
Food pairings: Have food, fresh cheese and poultry.
Each variety is processed separately. Malagouzia and Asyrtiko are fermented in small stainless steel tanks at a low temperature. Then the Chardonnay must is added, fermented separately and remains in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks before bottling.
