Sant'or is truly a place where the wine is treated with respect, yes almost caressed!
The vineyard is located approximately 600m above sea level, and is located around 30 km from Patras.
Panagiotis Dimitropoulos, who is the man behind Sant'or, explains in an interview that he literally talks to the grapes and the plants every single day, telling them how special they are to him and how he wants to do the best for them.
Something that is also important for Sant'or is their focus on biodiversity, which is one of their core competencies.
Sant'or Krasis has a rich fruity aroma that has a strong character of various spices that makes it exceptionally good with yellow cheese, pasta and meat dishes.
